I already have an e-mail database, can I use it?
Yes, you sure can. You can import e-mail information from any source as long as its formatted in comma seperated CSV format. Most database and spreadsheet applications can produce this format for you.
Who owns the subscriber list?
You do. Only you can get access to your e-mail database.
Can I e-mail different groups?
Yes, you can create and manage groups of e-mail contacts and opt to send it to either the group or your entire database. You can also send test e-mails to nominated e-mail addresses.
Will my ISP get upset with me?
Nope! All e-mails are submitted through our secure network - your ISP will have nothing to do with handling the e-mail newsletter submissions.
What if my customers cannot read HTML e-mails?
eflood e-mails are delivered as multipart MIME format which includes plain text and HTML.
How many templates can my account hold?
Your eflood account can hold one e-newsletter template. You can publish as many issues as you like using the e-newsletter template.
Will people regard my e-mails as spam?
No, because you are using your own list or purchased opt-in lists, its not classed as spam.
Can people see who else the e-mail is sent to?
No.
Can I export the e-mail data from eflood?
Not within the system no. You can however give us a call and we can do it for you at no extra cost.
How do I pay for the service?
You can either pay by cheque, bank transfer and now by credit card. You are billed quarterly in advance. You can save 10% by paying for you subscription annually in advance.
