eflood is completely web based so no additional software is required. You can login to manage your e-newsletters at any time of the day, 7 days a week.
Manage e-mail database
You can create different e-newsletter e-mail databases. This means you can select who your e-newsletter gets sent to. For example, if you are a shop selling musical instruments, you could great newsletter groups for guitarists, drummers and vocalists. If you have an offer on for a guitar, you could opt to send it to your guitarists database. You can also opt to send it to all of your e-mail databases in one go.
Add your content
Adding and managing your content is easy. Our editor features an image manager and text editor with WYSIWYG (what you see if what you get) style editor. This will enable you to easily add your images, text, links and type styles. You can also view previous editions of your e-newsletters.
Preview your message
Check what your newsletter looks like before its sent! You can preview the e-newsletter in your browser and also send it to a nominated address.
Send e-newsletter
Send your e-newsletter to your selected groups. You can do this at any time of the day, any day of the week.
Keep your data up-do-date
eflood will automatically remove bounced messages from your database. It can also handle automatic subscribe and unsubscribe requests that are sent via e-mail or posted via an online form.
Track your results
Track the results of your e-marketing campaign. View how many times your e-newsletter was opened, what links were clicked etc.
