How it works
Step 1. The Design
The first step of the development of your e-newsletter strategy is the design. We will produce a design that suits your organisations requirements. This will be a tailor made design that will require your input. Designs are not completed until you are 100% happy!
Step 2. The Template
We produce a working template of your e-newsletter and test within a range of email clients (such as Outlook Express, Outlook 2003, Thunderbird) and also the most popular free e-mail providers (such as Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo).
Step 3. Setup
Once we are happy that the template is formatted correctly, we will set-up your eflood account. This will include importing your template into the system, creating an initial test database and sending test messages.
Step 4. Ready!
You are now ready to start using your account. You can create and manage your databases of contacts and start sending your newsletters.
Step 5. Track your results
Once you have sent your first e-newsletter, you can track the results by logging into your account. See how many times an e-mail was opened and also what links were clicked on!
